知识产品供应链是产学研用合作的核心价值,从知识管理的角度设计一个具有参考性的协调契约将有助于合作的持续进行与合作一体化的最大利益分配。文章对产学研用合作中知识产品供应链的结构进行分析,针对其结构特点,阐明协调契约的功能体现为:程序化、测度化、差异化及情景化控制,并尝试整理协调契约的理论框架和参考性机制设计方案。
