(一) 我国经济学界围绕价值决定问题已经讨论很长时间了,但是现在仍然有很大分歧。在讨论中,一般都认为决定商品价值量的社会必要劳动时间有两种意义:一是指同一部门内生产单位商品所耗费的劳动时间,二是指不同部门之间按比例分配的劳动时间。争论的焦点是第二种意义的社会必要劳动时间与价值量的关系问题。对此基本上有两种观点:一种观点认为第二种意义的社会必要劳动时间也决定价值量。在这种观点中又有两种意见,其一是直接决
