在现今社会经济的高速发展之下,人们的生活质量得到了不断地提高。在这样的大环境之下,人民群众对于精神世界的追求越来越高,对于精神世界的探索与娱乐,如何提高人民的幸福感是政府以及相关文艺部门所面临的一个崭新课题。就音乐文化活动而言,对于人民群众的精神世界的丰富作用不言而喻,然而目前我国的群众音乐文化活动的普及以及参与度上,都有一些严峻的问题以及一些不和谐现象。例如城市与乡村之间的音乐文化活动的接受度以及感受度的差异性等等,本文从实际出发,探讨目前我国群众音乐文化活动发展进程中所遇到的问题以及面临的困境,并一一提出相应对策,期以能为我国人民群众的精神文化事业奉献一点绵薄之力。
Under the current rapid development of social economy, people’s quality of life has been continuously improved. Under such circumstances, people are increasingly pursuing the spiritual world. It is a brand-new task for the government and related literary departments to explore and entertain the spiritual world and improve people’s happiness. As far as music and cultural activities are concerned, the rich role of the spiritual world for the masses of the people is self-evident. However, at present, the popularization and participation of mass music and cultural activities in our country have some serious problems and some discordant phenomena. Such as the acceptance of music and cultural activities between urban and rural areas and the difference in the degree of sensibility, etc. This article sets out from the reality and discusses the problems encountered in the process of the development of mass music and cultural activities in our country and the difficulties they face Put forward corresponding countermeasures, and in the hope of contributing a little modest means to the spiritual and cultural undertakings of our people and masses.
