近年来,我们积极探索对领导干部实施严格监督的途径和方法,围绕落实制度,强化监督,重点采取了以下五个方面的措施: 一、完善考核制度,强化组织监督。我们坚持了以下基本做法:1.坚持定期分析考核制度。分局每半年对基层班子进行一次全面分析,每年进行一次全面考核,对领导班子和领导干部作出客观评价,这一制度已坚持6年。2.突出重点,加强日常考核。包括对新任职干部进行跟踪考核,对重点单位、重点干部进行重点考核,对一个时期内班子建设的突出问题,实行专项考核。3.加大考核的力度和权威性。每次年度班子考核,分局党委常委全过程参加,亲自带队,亲自做考核动员,亲自参加对班子的分析。4.强化考核结果的运用。把考核的结果作为评价领导班子和选拔任用领导干部的主要依据,对评出的“四好班子”,大张旗鼓地给予表彰;对有明显问题的班子和干部,下发帮促和诫勉通知书;对不称职的领导干部进行组织调整。1994年以来,经过考核,先后对25个班子进行了帮促,对48名领导干部实行了诚勉,近两年对23名干部给予了解聘。

Since 1994, after checking, 25 groups have been helped and urged, 48 leading cadres have been sincere and sincere, and 23 cadres have been dismissed in the past two years.
