对22个平阴玫瑰品种的花粉进行了生活力测定及贮藏性能研究。结果表明,不同玫瑰品种以及在不同贮藏条件下的花粉生活力和耐贮藏能力不同。采收当日‘紫枝玫瑰’的花粉萌发率最高(90.0%),‘朱紫双辉’花粉萌发率最低(9.5%);花粉适宜贮藏条件为干燥、低温环境。花粉生活力随着贮藏时间的延长而下降,5月份室内自然温湿度条件下贮藏的花粉生活力下降较快,30d后绝大多数品种花粉活力降为零;冻藏(-4～-6℃)的花粉生活力下降较慢,60d后仍然保持较高的萌发率,一年后多数品种仍有一定的生活力。
The viability and storage properties of pollen from 22 Pingyin rose cultivars were studied. The results showed that different rose varieties and pollen viability and storage ability under different storage conditions were different. The pollen germination rate was the highest (90.0%) on the day of harvest and the lowest on the ’Zhuzishuanghui’ (9.5%). The suitable storage conditions for pollen were dry and low temperature. The viability of pollen decreased with the prolongation of storage time. The pollen viability stored in indoor natural temperature and humidity decreased rapidly in May. After 30 days, the pollen viability of most cultivars dropped to zero. Frozen storage (-4 ~ -6 ℃ ) Pollen viability decreased slowly, still maintain a high germination rate after 60 days, and most varieties still have certain vitality after one year.
