工程实践表明,岩质边坡稳定性是随着工期及施工中各种影响因素在不断降低的。根据这一特点,借鉴隧洞工程中的“新奥法”,参考国内外工程实例和近年来断层岩研究成果,结合李家峡水电站边坡设计和施工中的经验与教训,利用锚筋桩和岩石变位计的观测成果,配合边坡变位及应力计算,初步总结出各专业密切配合的“动态”的边坡加固设计施工新方法──“新边法”。该法的主旨在于:及时进行边坡加固;少损岩体抗剪强度;利用卸荷变形能量;目标安全经济快速。
Engineering practice shows that the stability of rock slope is decreasing with the construction period and various influencing factors in construction. According to this feature, referring to the “New Austrian Law” in tunnel engineering, referring to the domestic and foreign engineering examples and the research results of fault rocks in recent years, combining with the experience and lessons in slope design and construction of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station, Based on the observation results of bit gauge and the displacement and stress calculation of slope, the new method of “dynamic” design and construction of “dynamic” slope reinforcement, which is closely combined with each specialty, is summarized. The main thrust of the law is: timely slope reinforcement; less damage to the rock mass shear strength; the use of unloading deformation energy; the target safe and fast.
