用科学发展观指导高职高专学生德育内化工作,就是要把握科学发展观的深刻内涵,把科学发展观贯穿于高职高专学生德育内化工作的全过程。在德育内化的目标方面,要达到培养稳定的德性、完善内在的人格、增强社会的适应、树立坚定的信念等目标。而在内化机制方面,主要是从驱动和优化内化机制方面着手构建。
To guide the internalization of moral education of higher vocational students with the scientific outlook on development is to grasp the profound connotation of the scientific concept of development and to carry out the scientific concept of development throughout the entire process of moral education for students of higher vocational colleges. In the goal of internalizing moral education, we must achieve the goal of cultivating a stable moral character, perfecting the inner personality, enhancing social adaptation and establishing a firm belief. In the aspect of internalization mechanism, we mainly set out to drive and optimize the internalization mechanism.
