在“以客户为中心”的时代,企业对熟悉客户关系管理的人才需求越来越高。客户关系管理课程是一门实践性非常强的课程,在目前教学中存在两极化现象、实践性弱、教学方法单一和评价不科学等问题。以企业客户关系满意度调查为案例,分析了项目驱动教学法在客户关系管理课程中的应用和具体实施步骤。项目驱动教学法以项目为主线,教师为主导,学生为主体,有利于培养学生的自主学习能力和实践能力,大幅度提高教学质量。
In the era of “customer-centricity,” companies are increasingly demanding people familiar with customer relationship management. Customer relationship management (CMI) is a very practical course. There are some problems in the present teaching, such as the phenomenon of polarization, weak practicality, single teaching method and unscientific evaluation. Based on the case study of customer relationship satisfaction, this paper analyzes the application and implementation of project-driven pedagogy in customer relationship management courses. Project-driven teaching method takes the project as the main line, the teacher as the mainstay, and the students as the main body, which is conducive to cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability and practical ability and greatly improving the teaching quality.
