毕业证书是一种学历凭证。颁发文凭本是一件非常严肃的事,因为文凭是一所学校的学风、校风和教学质量及其社会声誉的高度缩影,向来不可乱发或滥发。获得文凭又谈何容易呢,学子们须尽“十年寒窗”之苦、历“过五关”、“斩六将”之险。重视这种文凭,是尊重知识、尊重人才的具体体现,是提高国民素质、推进我国改革开放和现代化建设的必然要求。因此,文凭在工资定级、晋升职务或职称级别、选拔和使用人才等方面,起着重要作用,具有不可忽视的参考价值。也正因为如此,在市场经济的负面影响下,一些地方文凭变成了商品,一些财迷心窍、投机钻营之徒乐滋滋地干起了兜售假文凭的勾当。然而,笔者思虑:如此假
