以往治疗氟斑牙的方法有,光敏树脂固化贴面或甲冠等。这几种方法对牙体磨损大,治疗后的牙齿颜色不自然,修复体易脱落,不能咬硬物。自1992年以来我院引进和使用了美国生产的四环素牙脱色系统治疗氟斑牙,收到了良好的效果,现将20例的治疗情况,报道如下。 资料与方法 一般资料:20例均为出生、生活在高氟地区的患者,患者全口牙齿均为氟斑牙。 材料:本组20例治疗采用的是美国生产的四环素牙脱色系统。
