毫无疑问,坚持进行正面教育、进行必要的灌输是开展思想政治工作的主旋律。但是,采用“润物细无声”的方式,在工作对象没有意识到是在接受教育的心态下达到宣传、鼓动、解开思想扣子的目的,亦不失为是对主旋律的有益补充,有时甚至可以起到主旋律所无法起到的作用。这种寓有意的内容于无意的形式之中的方法,可简称为思想政治工作中的“无意法”。
