目的:研究中药复方抗痫灵抑制癫痫的发病机制。方法:采用免疫组化方法和实时荧光定量PCR(Real timePCR)方法检测大鼠脑组织中海马c-fos蛋白表达的影响。结果:经中药复方抗痫灵治疗6周后,致痫大鼠脑组织海马区c-fos蛋白阳性表达显著降低。结论:中药复方抗痫灵可能通过减少戊四氮致痫大鼠脑组织海马区c-fos蛋白的阳性表达,对癫痫有明显的抑痫作用。
Objective: To study the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine compound anti-epilepsy-induced epilepsy. Methods: The expression of c-fos in rat hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry and real time PCR (Real time PCR). Results: After 6 weeks of treatment with anti-epilepsy, the expression of c-fos protein in hippocampus of epileptic rat was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The Chinese medicine compound anti-epilepsy can inhibit the expression of c-fos protein in the hippocampus of pentylenetetrazole-induced epilepsy rats, and has obvious antiepileptic effect on epilepsy.
