玉米育种是获得高产的重要环节,因此需要选择合适的育种技术。主要针对玉米单倍体的获得途径、鉴定方法和单倍体加倍技术,对单倍体技术在玉米育种中的应用进行了综述,并指出存在的问题及其发展趋势。
Maize breeding is an important part of high yielding, so we need to choose the appropriate breeding technology. The methods of haploid haploid identification and haploid doubling are mainly introduced in this paper. The application of haploid technology in maize breeding is reviewed. The existing problems and their development trends are pointed out.
