档案工作是一项维护历史真实面貌的工作,是经济效益的需要,同时也是社会效益的需要。档案作为干部职工艰苦创业的原始记录,既具有凭证作用,又具有不断总结经验教训的史鉴作用,既具有随时可参考的经济技术价值,又具有厚积薄发的精神文化价值。如果不对档案信息进行分类处理,就会对现在及以后的工作造成混乱,一个有远见、负责任的企业家,应把企业档案信息工作摆到重要的位置上来。
