用家蚕二化性品种苏8及多化性品种137号为材料,研究茧层重蛹体重等数量性状的遗传规律,观察到部分性连锁现象。这和前人研究结果基本一致。但是他们忽视了同一品种雌体数量性状总是比雄体较大的普遍事实。本文便对前人的理论解释提出补充意见。假设雌蚕W染色体上有限性数量基因,且常染色体数量基因杂合型显示超显性效应,从而拟了新的理论值估算方法,按沈敦辉法,铃木法及本文新法算得的新理论值,分别和实测值比较,证明新估计法即使不完全符合实测值,也比前人的两法精确得多。
With the two varieties of silkworm, Su 8 and variety variety No. 137 as material, we studied the genetic law of quantitative characters such as body weight of cocoon shell and observed the partial linkage phenomenon. This is consistent with previous studies. However, they ignore the fact that quantitative traits of the same breed are always larger than that of the male. In this paper, we give some suggestions on the theoretical explanation of our predecessors. Assuming a limited number of genes on the W chromosome of female silkworms and heterozygous heterozygotes of the autosomal number gene show an over-dominant effect, a new theoretical value estimation method is proposed. According to the new theoretical values calculated by Shen Dunhui, Suzuki and the new method, Compared with the measured data respectively, it is proved that the new estimation method is more accurate than the two previous methods, even if it does not completely fit the measured data.
