DaimlerChrysler (DaimlerChrysler) recently released a partially improved 2003 models Smartcity-coupe and Smartcabrio. For the new car’s 3-cylinder turbo engine displacement increased from 0.6L to 0.7L. city-coupe’s maximum output power increased from 33kW to 37kW, cabrio’s maximum output power increased from 40kW to 45kW. Diesel engine is still the current 30kW. The new car’s manual transmission features an automatic transmission mode called “SOFTOUCH” that adds a downshift function that automatically reduces the jog range to 1 to 2 positions. steam
