In October 2004, the World Health Organization released a report on the death toll from traffic accidents. There are two sets of data that have made the Chinese people have to think deeply. Data I. China’s total vehicle fleet accounts for 1.9% of the global total. Second, China’s death toll from traffic accidents accounts for 15% of the world’s total.
