随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人们生活质量的不断提升,大家对于生活水平的要求也越来越高,特别是对于居住环境的要求更是如此,所以这就给建筑工程的质量提出了更高的要求。但是由于建筑行业的迅猛发展,使得相应的管理理念不能紧跟时代的发展潮流,在具体的工程建设过程中也就很容易出现各种各样的问题,严重影响着我国土木工程的建设质量。鉴于此,本文先分析了土木工程施工管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
