人力资源是现代企业中最重要的资源,如何有效的开发和科学合理地管理人力资源是企业走向成功的关键。随着社会经济的发展,民营经济对国民经济增长的贡献,日益呈现出来。但中小民营企业的人力资源管理的问题已经不可忽视。表现为缺乏有效的人力资源规划、薪酬与激励机制;在选人、用人、留人的机制上存在不少具有共性的问题。它约束着中小民营企业的进一步发展壮大。加强和完善人力资源管理,是中小民营企业发展的关键。认真分析、研究这些问题,探讨从加快中小民营企业人力资源管理创新的角度解决这些问题,对于中小民营企业健康发展不无裨益。
Human resources are the most important resources in modern enterprises. How to effectively develop and scientifically manage human resources is the key to the success of enterprises. With the social and economic development, the contribution of the private economy to the growth of the national economy has become increasingly evident. However, the problems of human resource management in small and medium private enterprises can not be neglected. The performance of the lack of effective human resources planning, compensation and incentives; in the selection, employment, retention mechanism there are many common problems. It restricts the further development of small and medium-sized private enterprises. To strengthen and improve human resources management is the key to the development of small and medium private enterprises. Carefully analyze and study these issues to explore how to solve these problems from the perspective of accelerating the innovation of human resource management in small and medium-sized private enterprises, for the healthy development of small and medium private enterprises is not without benefit.
