目的:研究吸烟与不吸烟对结核患者治愈率及药品不良反应(ADR)发生率的影响,为吸烟肺结核患者制订有效的预防和处理措施提供依据。方法:将我院2010年6月-2013年6月期间住院治疗肺结核患者189例,分为吸烟组(122例)与非吸烟组(67例),比较两组患者的治愈率、咳嗽及ADR发生情况。结果:男性患者治愈率非吸烟组患者为77.78%,吸烟组为66.96%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.13,P<0.01);女性患者治愈率非吸烟组为83.67%,吸烟组为60.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.63,P<0.01);咳嗽的发生率吸烟组为92.62%,非吸烟组为74.63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.81,P<0.01);患者的ADR主要为肝肾功能异常、食欲不振、白细胞减少等,吸烟组ADR发生率高于非吸烟组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.15,P<0.01)。结论:吸烟会降低肺结核患者的治愈率,升高患者咳嗽及ADR发生率。
Objective: To study the effect of smoking and non-smoking on the cure rate of patients with tuberculosis and the incidence of adverse drug reaction (ADR), and to provide basis for the development of effective prevention and treatment measures for smoking tuberculosis patients. Methods: A total of 189 hospitalized tuberculosis patients from June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital were divided into smoking group (122 cases) and non-smoking group (67 cases). The cure rate, cough and ADR What happened? Results: The cure rate of male patients was 77.78% in non-smoking group and 66.96% in smoking group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.13, P <0.01); the cure rate of female patients was 83.67% Smoking group was 60.00%, there was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 5.63, P <0.01); the incidence of cough was 92.62% in smoking group and 74.63% in non-smoking group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 11.81, P <0.01). ADR in patients was mainly caused by dysfunction of liver and kidney, loss of appetite and leukopenia. The incidence of ADR in smoking group was higher than that in non-smoking group (χ2 = 12.15, P <0.01). Conclusion: Smoking will reduce the cure rate of tuberculosis patients and increase the incidence of cough and ADR.
