BIM技术比较容易实现模块化设计和构件的零件化、标准化,在建筑工业化中的应用有天然的优势;建筑工业化的管理要求,与BIM技术所擅长的全生命周期管理理念不谋而合。信息化技术在建筑生产及施工过程中应用越来越广泛,信息化和建筑工业化在发展过程中互相推进。信息化的发展现阶段主要表现在全流程信息化管理和建筑信息模型(简称“BIM”)技术在建筑工业化中的应用。BIM技术作为信息化技术的一种,已随着建筑工业化的推进在我国建筑业逐步推广应用。
