护理安全是指患者在接受护理的全过程中不发生法律和法定的规章制度允许范围以外的心理、机体结构或功能上的损害、障碍、缺陷、或死亡~([1])。门诊是患者就医的第一站,是医院与病人接触时间最早、人员流动最多、环境最嘈杂的场所,由于儿科面对的是无行为责任能力的儿童,就诊中不能直接表达自身的不适病症又不能自主配合,易导致家长的焦躁情绪而引发就诊秩序的混乱,因此如何营造良好的就医秩序及加强门诊护理安全管理~([2]),为患儿提供一个安全、有序的就医环境,确保病人在门诊就医过程中无意外发生,是门诊护理管理者最为基本最为重要的内容,也是衡量门诊服务质量的重要指标之一。
