物流业在我国是一个快速发展的行业,有着广阔的发展空间和潜力。作为技能型人才的摇篮,中等职业学校如何培育出满足社会需求的高素质物流人才,是我们物流专业教师应该认真思考的问题。一、中等职业学校物流教学的现状1.培养目标与方向有偏差在对物流人才的培养方向上定位不准确,自身培养针对性不强,片面追求大而全,导致培养出来的学生知识结构不合理,专业技能不过硬,与企业需要的预期目标脱节。2.教学内容与实际相脱节
