目的观察胃肠胰肿瘤患者围手术期使用乌司他丁血中红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-ZnSOD)含量变化,从而探讨乌司他丁的抗损伤机制。方法随机将120例接受胃肠手术的患者分为观察与对照组,观察组在手术前1d及手术后1、2、3d分别给予乌司他丁20万U静脉输注,对照组术后按常规处理。两组术前1d及术后第3天检测Cu-ZnSOD含量变化。结果对照组手术后Cu-ZnSOD水平明显下降,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后Cu-ZnSOD水平下降不明显,手术前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.5)。结论乌司他丁具有间接清除氧自由基的作用,因此可减轻手术造成的创伤。
Objective To investigate the changes of Cu-ZnSOD in patients with gastrointestinal pancreatic cancer treated with Ulinastatin in perioperative period, so as to investigate the anti-injury mechanism of Ulinastatin. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into observation and control groups. The observation group received intravenous infusion of 200,000 U of ulinastatin 1 d before surgery and 1, 2 and 3 days after operation. The patients in the control group received Routine processing. The contents of Cu-ZnSOD in the two groups before operation and on the 3rd day after operation were measured. Results The level of Cu-ZnSOD in the control group decreased significantly after operation (P <0.05), while the level of Cu-ZnSOD in the observation group did not decrease significantly after operation. There was no significant difference between before and after operation (P> 0.05) . Conclusion Ulinastatin has the effect of scavenging oxygen free radicals indirectly, thus reducing the trauma caused by surgery.
