目的探讨PDCA循环法在冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)培训中的应用。方法将本科室36名PCI培训学员进行随机分组:传统教学方法培训(对照组)及PDCA循环法培训(研究组)。研究组需进行三个周期的PDCA,并进行三次考核,并于三个PDCA循环结束后进行培训满意度调查。与研究组一致,对照组也同阶段进行考核及满意度调查。结果对照组与研究组在基线时的年龄、性别、学历、职称及基线成绩等均无统计学差异。在第一个PDCA循环时,考核成绩在两组之间无差异(P=
