研究水煤气与空气混合时煤气的爆炸极限与所含各组分浓度之间的关系;使用SPSS 统计软件,运用相关分析和主成分分析,对大量实验数据进行统计分析,得到了影响水煤气浓度爆炸极限的主要因素以及爆炸极限计算公式;结果表明,煤气中的可燃性组分以各自独特的支链反应特征对爆炸极限产生影响,惰性组分通过改变可燃性组分的相对含量,对爆炸极限产生间接影响,通过主成分回归得到的计算公式能够很好地拟合和预测水煤气-空气多元混合气体的爆炸极限,计算结果明显优于文献方法。
The relationship between the explosion limit of gas and the concentration of each component was studied when water gas was mixed with air.
