Warmly congratulate China’s modern architectural creation research group for its 10th anniversary! Sincerely congratulate all the members of the team for their brilliant achievements in this decade! Since I moved to the Shenzhen Nanshan District Construction Bureau in 1990, I’ve been more in touch with the management of urban construction. jobs. The following article is just a little experience of the management work in recent years. It has been written out to exchange with you and it also expresses my understanding of the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the group. At present, China’s economic development is at a stage of transition from a socialist planned economy to a socialist market economy. In this special period, on the one hand, architects must change their design concepts, change traditional design methods and values, oppose conservatives, oppose old-fashioned practices, and adapt to the needs of the development of a socialist market economy; on the other hand, they must prevent extremes from going to extreme business. Theories and doctrines. What are the important changes in the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, which will affect urban planning and architectural design? In a nutshell, it is: First, the land has become a commodity and has entered the market; Second, the construction has become a commodity and has entered the market; The architectural design has also become a commodity, together with the architectural design industry itself has entered the market and has joined the competition. Here is an analysis of the impact of these three changes on urban planning and architectural design.
