冬季,有些柴油机因忘记放冷却水,气缸体冻裂了(内部没有裂),冷却水向外漏。对此,我们采取以下修复方法:首先在裂纹的两端用直径2毫米的细钻头钻孔,目的是防止裂纹在发动机工作时继续延伸。接着在裂纹的四周,钻直径为6.8毫米的孔,然后再套M8×1.25的丝扣,螺孔之间的距离为25毫米。要注意的是:对应边螺孔的位置应错开(如图中1和2的位置应相错)。再用螺钉将钻孔后的石棉板(1毫米厚)与钢板(1~1.5毫米厚)拧在气缸体上(石棉板的两面要抹上铅油)。上紧螺钉时,一定要按对
