东风_(1、3)型机车偶合器油路控制阀在空气压缩机调压器的作用下,起着沟通和关闭偶合器油路的作用。当油路控制阀的漏泄影响了正常供油(小于正常油压2.5~3公斤力/厘米~2),偶合器传递扭矩便克服不了空压机的负载扭矩,造成机车低手柄不打风,尤其零位更为明显(注:排除机车零位不打风的其它因素)。在检修过程中,我们发现1226、1869、1892号等机车均由于油路控制阀的漏泄而引起了低手柄不打风,经检查发现是因O形橡胶圈及滑阀沟槽的毛病而引起的故障。图1为油路控制阀。
