作者研制成功了氢原子频率标准中的六位可变频率综合器,其频率范围在405700.0000Hz至405799.9999Hz,步进频率为1×10~(-4)Hz。该综合器的非谐波相关的寄生输出小于-85dB,频率的短期稳定度是2.07×10~(-11)/0.1s、2.48×10~(-12)/1s、2.88×10~(-13)/10s;当温度由20℃变至40℃时,综合器相位漂移Δφ=28.8°;当电源电压为+16V~+19V或+5V~+6V时,综合器输出相位不变。试验表明:它可无故障地连续工作一个月以上,并能在0℃~55℃的环境温度下正常工作。
The authors have successfully developed a six-variable frequency synthesizer in the hydrogen atomic frequency standard with a frequency range of 405700.0000 Hz to 405799.9999 Hz and a step frequency of 1 x 10 ~ (-4) Hz.
