随着市场经济的不断深入,统计工作与市场接轨,实现统计信息商品化已势在必行。但是,统计信息被生产出来以后,必须得到市场的承认才能成为商品。我们知道质量是产品的生命,只有高质量的统计产品才能走向市场,成为畅销商品,从而顺利实现统计信息的使用价值。借用西方新闻界的一句话“好新闻绝对好生意”,这对我们统计工作是很好的启示。那么什么是高质量的统计信息呢?本文试从分析统计信息的质量特征入手进行浅略的探讨。
With the continuous deepening of market economy, it is imperative to realize the commercialization of statistical information by integrating statistical work with the market. However, after statistical information is produced, it must be recognized by the market to become a commodity. We know that quality is the life of a product. Only high-quality statistical products can go to the market and become the best-selling products, so as to realize the smooth use of statistical information. To borrow the phrase from the Western press that “good news is absolutely a good business” is a very good revelation for our statistical work. So what is high-quality statistical information? This paper try to analyze the quality of statistical information to start with a brief discussion.
