我今年66岁,实际退休才一年多。鉴于有些老人退休后随着生活节奏的骤然趋缓,整日无所事事而郁郁寡欢,从而影响健康甚至染上疾病,为此,我根据自己的状态和习惯爱好,保持比较充实的生活内容,以调节状态,增进健康。退休一年多来,我每天在早晨或傍晚,用一小时左右时间坚持环保而又健康的走路运动,即使天气不好,也不忘找个地方活动一下。置身户外,我用较快的步速有规律地行走在大自然中,新鲜的空气和周围的美景,使人产生愉悦的感受;行走之后,则让人精神良好,周身舒坦。
I am 66 years old this year and I actually retired more than a year. In view of the abrupt slowdown in the pace of life and the unhappiness of the whole day when some elderly people retire, thus affecting their health and even contracting the disease, I love and maintain a more fulfilling life based on my own condition and habits so as to adjust Status, improve health. Retired for more than a year, every day in the morning or evening, I spent an hour or so adhering to environmental protection and healthy walking exercise, even if the weather is not good, do not forget to find a place to look. When I walk outdoors, I walk regularly in nature, with fresh air and the surrounding landscape at a faster pace, giving people a pleasant feeling. After walking, they are good and comfortable.
