我国当前处于社会主义发展的关键时期,经济体制深刻变革,社会结构深刻变动,利益格局深刻调整,生活方式深刻变化。这一切给人们的思想价值观念带来了空前的活力,也造成巨大的冲击。人们的思想活动的独立性、选择性、多变性和差异性不断增强,人们的价值观念也呈现出多样化趋势。在这种思想大活跃、观念大碰撞、文化大交融的时代背景下,贯彻落实建设社会主义核心价值体系,就企业而言应以加强职工思想道德建设作为第一手抓。
At present, our country is in a crucial period for the development of socialism. The economic system has undergone profound changes. The social structure has undergone profound changes. The pattern of interest has been profoundly adjusted and the lifestyle has been profoundly changed. All of these have brought unprecedented vitality to people’s ideological values and caused tremendous impact. The independence, selectivity, variability and diversity of people’s ideological activities have been continuously enhanced, and people’s values have also shown a tendency of diversification. In the era of great activity, big collision of ideas and great integration of culture, implementing the construction of a socialist core value system should be the first priority for enterprises in strengthening the ideological and moral construction of workers.
