国家创新基金管理中心最近在受理全国各地报来的申报材料的审查过程中,发现了很多问题,希望目前正在申报国家创新基金的企业,能够认真准备本企业的申报材料,真正按各项要求报送相关材料。2006年申报材料中存在的主要问题有以下几点:(1)申报材料没有按要求装订2006年创新基金的申报材料应该遵循以下顺序装订成册:申请资料(网络版打印→附件材料→地方专家评审意见→企业申请创新基金的注册信息(包含注册承诺书等7类)→封面以网络版打印为准。
