房屋建筑的质量与人们的生命财产安全息息相关,在众多因素中,由于地基承受着建筑物全部的负载,因此地基是极其重要的一个。在房屋建筑施工过程中,我们经常会遇到在承载力方面比较差同时在建筑工艺方面需要进行特殊处理的松软地基,我们称之为软土地地基。在遇见这样的地基时,进行房屋建筑设计和施工时应该特别注意的,要确保对建筑进行技术方面处理时的安全。本文就房屋建筑工程施工过程中有关软地基的技术处理方面进行简要的探讨。
The quality of building construction is closely related to the safety of people’s lives and property. Among many factors, the foundation is extremely important because the foundation is under the full load of the building. During the building construction, we often encounter the soft foundation which is poor in bearing capacity and needs special treatment in the construction process. We call it the foundation of soft soil. When encountering such a foundation, special attention should be paid to the design and construction of houses and buildings to ensure the safety during the technical treatment of the buildings. This article briefly discusses the technical treatment of soft ground in the process of building construction.
