目的 :研究血浆凝血因子Ⅰ (Fg)和血脂水平对冠状动脉病变严重程度的影响。方法 :对 94例冠心病患者进行了冠状动脉造影检查 ,管腔狭窄程度≥ 5 0 %认为是有意义的病变血管 ,两支及以上血管病变认为是多支血管病变。血浆Fg浓度测定采用Follin酚法 ,采用标准酶法测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)水平 ,采用免疫比浊法测定载脂蛋白 (apo)A和apoB。 结果 :多支血管病变患者血浆Fg浓度增高 ,同时表现TC、TG亦升高 ,HDL C降低 ,而且发现冠状动脉病变严重程度与血浆Fg浓度间存在显著正相关 (r =0 .37,P <0 .0 1) ,与血清HDL C之间存在显著负相关 (r =- 0 .33,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血浆Fg和血脂水平对冠状动脉病变严重程度有不同程度的影响。
Objective: To study the effects of plasma coagulation factor (Fg) and serum lipids on the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods: Coronary angiography was performed in 94 patients with coronary heart disease. The degree of luminal stenosis ≥ 50% was considered to be a significant vascular lesion. Two or more vascular lesions were considered as multivessel disease. Plasma Fg concentration was measured by Follin phenol method, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) were measured by standard enzymatic method. The levels of apolipoprotein ) A and apoB. Results: The levels of plasma Fg were increased in patients with multivessel disease. The levels of TC, TG and HDL C were also decreased. The severity of coronary artery disease was positively correlated with the plasma Fg concentration (r = 0.37, P < There was a significant negative correlation between HDL C and serum HDL C (r = - 0.33, P <0.01). Conclusion: Plasma Fg and lipid levels have different degrees of severity of coronary artery disease.
