目的掌握和探讨彝族自治地区实施基本公共卫生服务的相关情况,以便改进和提高服务质量。方法采用查阅资料、现场抽查、考核评估、对比分析、综合评价等方法对楚雄彝族自治州实施基本公共卫生服务的整体情况进行评价分析。结果建立健全项目管理组织机构和规章制度,建立6类分包负责组织实施机制,项目分包完成省下达的任务指标。结论彝州公共卫生服务项目的机制、措施、责任得到落实,农村三级卫生和城市社区卫生服务网络已形成,项目资金发挥了导向和杠杆作用,公共卫生服务项目已整体推进和均衡发展,但也存在一些问题和困难,需进一步改进和提高。
Objective To understand and discuss the implementation of basic public health services in Yi Autonomous Region in order to improve and enhance the quality of service. Methods The overall situation of the implementation of basic public health services in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture was evaluated and analyzed by means of access to information, on-spot sampling, assessment, comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation. Results Establish and improve the project management organization and rules and regulations, the establishment of six types of subcontracting is responsible for organizing the implementation mechanism, the project subcontracted to complete the tasks assigned by the province. Conclusions The mechanism, measures and responsibilities of Yishan public health service project have been implemented. The rural three-level health and urban community health service network have been formed. The project funds have played a guiding and leverage role. Public health service projects have been promoted and balanced as a whole, There are also some problems and difficulties that need further improvement and improvement.
