目的 :探讨氟尿嘧啶对大鼠每日饮食量和小肠结构的影响。方法 :通过胃管连续 2d给予大鼠氟尿嘧啶 12 5mg/(kg·d) ,观察给药后第 1天至第 7天大鼠每日饮食量的变化 ,第 8天测定大鼠体重、门静脉压和门静脉血流量 ,并取小肠 ,用图象分析仪进行形态学分析。结果 :给药后第 1~ 7天大鼠饮食量均低于正常 ,尤其是第 2~ 4天最为严重 ,第 8天大鼠体重下降、门静脉压和门静脉血流量均低于正常 ,形态学分析显示有明显的小肠结构的损伤。结论 :氟尿嘧啶可导致小肠结构明显损伤 ,这与氟尿嘧啶的抗DNA合成作用以及大鼠食纳差引起的营养不良和脱水有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of 5-fluorouracil on daily dietary intake and intestinal structure in rats. Methods: Rats were given 250mg / (kg · d) of fluorouracil continuously for 2 days through gastric tube. The changes of daily diet of rats were observed on the 1st day to the 7th day after administration. The body weight, portal vein pressure And portal vein blood flow, and take the small intestine, with a morphological analysis of the image analyzer. Results: After 1 to 7 days after administration, the diet of rats was lower than normal, especially the most severe on the 2nd to 4th days. On the 8th day, the body weight of the rats decreased, and the portal and portal venous flow were lower than normal. Morphology Analysis showed significant intestinal damage. CONCLUSION: Fluorouracil can cause significant damage to intestinal structure, which is related to the anti-DNA synthesis of fluorouracil and malnutrition and dehydration caused by poor appetite in rats.
