目的:建立复方甲硝唑含漱液中甲硝唑和呋喃西林的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Lichrospher C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH 3.8)(20∶80);检测波长为263 nm;柱温为35℃。结果:甲硝唑和呋喃西林的线性范围分别为606~1414μg·ml~(-1),9.36~21.84μg·ml~(-1),r=0.999 9。甲硝唑平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为0.41%;呋喃西林平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.20%。结论:本方法简便、测定稳定、测定结果准确,能有效控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of metronidazole and nitrofural in compound metronidazole gargle. Methods: The chromatographic column was Lichrospher C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid solution (triethylamine adjusted to pH 3.8) (20:80), the detection wavelength was 263 nm, 35 ° C. Results: The linear ranges of metronidazole and nitrofurazone were 606-1414μg · ml -1, 9.36-21.84μg · ml -1, r = 0.999 9, respectively. The average recovery of metronidazole was 100.8% with a RSD of 0.41%. The average recovery of nitrofurazone was 99.5% with a RSD of 0.20%. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, and accurate. It can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
