Li Tiezheng, member of the CPPCC National Committee Standing Committee, was a veteran diplomat of the Kuomintang. In September 1949, he gave up high positions in the United States and won two doctoral degrees before starting his academic career in the second half of the year. In 1964, while resolutely reaching the height of his academic influence and status in the United States, he resolutely returned to the motherland. For his legendary experience, both at home and abroad have been reported, also published in August 1981. Now, Li Lao himself once again put his own late-age writing and biographical narration together, since humble as “a big broom,” by his friend, the famous painter Wu Zuoren wrote the title, in 1983 by Hong Kong Youth Publishing House, last year by the Hunan People’s Publishing House in the Mainland. Master Li, rich in content, writing brushwork, full of feelings, speech
