采用SHS/PHIP 工艺制备了致密的TiCAl2O3Fe 复合材料。研究了Fe 含量对燃烧温度、燃烧波速度、合成产物密实度及力学性能的影响。结果表明, 燃烧波速度在一定Fe 含量范围内出现一近似平台; 密实度随Fe 含量变化而变化, 在Fe 含量为10 % 时, 产物的密实度最高, 为99 .4 % ; 随着Fe 含量的增加产物的抗弯强度不断提高, Fe 含量为10 % 和30 % 时, 抗弯强度分别为740 MPa 和970MPa 。
The dense TiCAl2O3Fe composite was prepared by SHS / PHIP process. The effects of Fe content on the combustion temperature, the velocity of the combustion wave, the compactness of the synthesized product and the mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the combustion wave velocity shows an approximate platform within a certain range of Fe content. The compactness changes with the variation of Fe content. When Fe content is 10%, the compactness of the product is the highest (99). 4%. With the increase of Fe content, the flexural strength of the product increased continuously. When the content of Fe was 10% and 30%, the flexural strength was 740 MPa and 970 MPa, respectively.
