目的比较10批不同产地、不同批号的北沙参中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。色谱条件:ODS柱(C18250mm×4.6mm);流动相甲醇-水(65:35);检测波长302nm;柱温25℃。结果所建立的欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量测定方法线性、重现性、精密度、回收率等均符合样品测定要求。结论不同产地北沙参中的欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量差异不显著,但同一产地不同批号药材含量存在一定差异。
Objective To compare the contents of midribouranthin and isoimperatorin from 10 batches of different origins and batches. Methods The contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: ODS column (C18250mm × 4.6mm); mobile phase methanol-water (65:35); detection wavelength 302nm; column temperature 25 ℃. Results The established methods for the determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were linear, reproducible, accurate and good in recovery. Conclusion There was no significant difference in the content of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in different origins of Radix Phellodendri, but there were some differences in the content of different batches of medicinal herbs in the same origin.
