患者男,71岁,因上腹部不适来院查体。彩色多普勒(简称彩超)所见:剑下-右肋缘下肝斜切面观察,肝左内叶见一卵圆形液性暗区,边缘尚规则,可见纤细包膜回声。大小约为45ｃｍ×25ｃｍ。其左前下方有三支肝小静脉与之相通,其左后上方与左肝静脉相通(图1)。前下方三支肝小静脉内为蓝色
