人大常委会对个案监督 ,是指对某些典型案件的监督 ,促使司法机关公正执法 ,避免冤假借案的发生。检察机关是由人民代表大会选举产生 ,并对它负责 ,受它监督 ,检察机关应当在本级人民代表大会及其常委会的监督下 ,按照法律规定 ,正确地行使检察权。这是由我国根本政治制度决定
