本文对氰化物的吡啶-吡唑酮比色法进行了改进,指出在显色时加入一定量乙醇,可提高有色溶液的稳定性,减少室温变化对氰化物测定的影响。同时,由于大大降低了吡啶加入量,基本上消除了吡啶的臭味,改善了实验条件。 (一)主要试剂和仪器 1.显色剂,称1.0克3-甲基-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮(北京化工厂)溶于200毫升无水乙醇中,然后加入1.2毫升吡啶,混匀。此溶液在室温中可稳定15天。 2.磷酸盐缓冲溶液:称无水磷酸氢
