医源性交叉传染在传染病流行环节中是一个重要的环节。在一些学校医务室往往由于主客观原因,并没有被引起重视。笔者调查了杭州市十所中学,在灭菌、防交叉传染上存在不少问题,可归纳为以下四个方面: 一、场地小、人员少、任务重而杂、往往顾此失彼。多数学校医务室用房都比较紧张,门诊、换药、配方、注射、观察病人等等同在一室内进行,加之医务人员对这些问题的忽视,房间布局不合理,有的将灭菌注射器等无菌器械与被污染的换药用具同放住一个台子上,
