四年前,本科读历史的李和平大概不会想到自己有一天会走向演播厅,成为一名访谈节目的主持人。虽然那时候,他已经在北师大校园舞台上崭露头角,并开始有了点“星光熠熠”的感觉,但毕竟跟专业主持人还是有点距离的。然而梦想,却一朝实现。毕业的时候,从未学过播音主持的他, 硬是以自己俊朗的外表、不俗的谈吐和挺拔的气质,破格被陕西电视台录取,成为当年北师大历史系一个破天荒的就业案例。 2005年6月,李和平以绝对优势赢得竞聘,接过了陕西卫视
