我国地大物博,少数民族众多,各民族的文化相互之间穿插汇合着,少数民族所培养出来的优秀大学生人才也不再仅限于本民族内的利用。近年来,不少诸如新疆的少数民族大学生都选择在内地留校做辅导员,这是一种文化上的交流,也是增进少数民族大学生辅导员与内地学生的相互更深层次的认知。本文就新疆籍少数民族大学生辅导员的职能做了简要概述,然后探讨了新疆籍大学生辅导员所需具备的素养,最后着重分析了新疆籍少数民族大学生辅导员专业能力建设中存在的问题,并且对加强其能力建设提供了自己的几点意见,以作参考。
In our country, there are so many big and small ethnic minorities, and the cultures of all ethnic groups are interspersed with each other. The excellent college students trained by ethnic minorities are no longer confined to their own nationalities. In recent years, quite a few of the ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang have chosen to stay in the Mainland to be counselors. This is a cultural exchange and also enhances the mutual understanding between ethnic minority college counselors and mainland students. This article gives a brief overview of the functions of Xinjiang ethnic minority college counselors, and then discusses the necessary qualifications of Xinjiang college counselors. At last, it emphatically analyzes the problems existing in the professional competence construction of ethnic minority college counselors in Xinjiang. Provided some suggestions for strengthening its capacity building for reference.
