本文提出利用压电传感器和致动器主动控制技术解决线切割机的铝丝振动问题。实验结果证明：主动控制技术可以有效地抑制钼丝振幅值与提高加工质量。
This paper presents the use of piezoelectric sensors and actuators active control technology to solve the problem of aluminum wire vibration cutting machine. The experimental results show that the active control technology can effectively suppress the amplitude of molybdenum wire and improve the processing quality.
