莲花电站蜗壳结构为金属蜗壳外包钢筋混凝土,根据蜗壳的钢衬与钢筋混凝土结构为联合承载结构的研究成果,同时参照白山电站蜗壳配筋和混凝土中钢筋应力的观测成果,在莲花电站蜗壳设计中采用了“三维非线性有限元分析”方法。通过“三维有限元分析”与工程类比相结合的方法,使蜗壳设计进一步接近实际,按初设阶段蜗壳设计的钢筋含量25kg/m3计算,技施阶段蜗壳设计实际节省钢筋293.5t,节省投资约100万元。经济效益显著,同时也为厂房蜗壳设计积累了经验。
